Description of Construction Contract Works. The Works comprises of Construction Contract of the seven (7) New Schools of the 20 Schools located on different sites around Doha and in Villages divided in two (2) Packages (noting that site locations & Pin numbers can be changed without any cost impact) as follows: 1. Package 2 (Al Duahail): 1. School No. 09 – Al Ebaib Elementary Girls School (PIN 70020782). 2. School No. 14 – Oklah Secondary Girls School (PIN 69030020). 3. School No. 15 – Oklah Model School (PIN 69030022). 4. School No. 16 – Duhail Secondary Boys School (PIN 70040772). 2. Package 4 (Khalifa/Dafna): 1. School No. 10 – Al Ahnaf Elementary Girls School (PIN 65040001). 2. School No. 11 – Al Ahnaf Preparatory Girls School (PIN 65040001). 3. School No. 13 – Qatar Preparatory Girls School (PIN 32290014). The Works comprises of construction, completion and maintenance of seven (7) new school buildings with external services including external sports fields, car parking together with landscaping, boundary wall and ancillary buildings and associated external services Works. The buildings are of reinforced concrete structures with block work infill. The multipurpose hall and assembly hall are covered with space frame/structural steel structure and roof cladding system
